29 June 2008: Suzuki anniversary concert
Stephen writes: 2008 will be the 10-year anniversary of Dr Suzuki's passing, so I plan to arrange a special concert in tribute to this great man, who was not only our teacher but also our continuing inspiration in the work we do. We will be inviting colleagues from Europe and the UK to send pupils to participate and arranging a one-day seminar on Suzuki Piano for the teachers to run alongside the day of rehearsals.
Looking ahead...
2009 will be the 100th anniversary of Dr Suzuki's birth.
